WE RECRUIT A SALES AGENT IN CHARGE OF SEASONAL RENTALS

With a portfolio of apartments and high-end villas, we are looking for a person to strengthen our seasonal rentals, and participate in its development.
With a great autonomy, you will be in direct contact with the property owners and will be in charge of generating a maximum of rentals in perfect conditions.
Before stays:
• Prospecting to increase our portfolio
• Management of the rental schedule
• Produce estimates and pricing grids
• Create and update ads on different dedicated platforms (AirBNB, Booking, HomeAway) through our ChannelManager Bookingsync
• Respond to numerous requests for rentals and information
• Be proactive in entering into partnerships with service providers (cleaning, linen, concierge, etc.)
During the stays:
• Follow-up of rental regulations and concierge services
• Welcoming tenants
• Organize the inventory of places of entry and exit (check-in and check-out)
• Respond to tenants' solicitations
• Follow the cleaning work of our service providers
• Manage the unexpected (intervention of technicians)
After the stays:
• Check with tenants for their satisfaction
• Invite them to express this satisfaction on our platforms and social networks
• Retain this customer base, and recontact it according to the expectations
